Each of the four courses is named after an influential president from our nation’s history. The George Washington First Course – bite sized duck sausage, ham biscuits, and hoecake paired with Washington’s Tavern Porter – will be served upstairs at the museum. Dinner guests will move downstairs for the Thomas Jefferson Second Course – barley soup paired with Jefferson’s Tavern Ale. The Abraham Lincoln Third Course will feature roasted pheasant with wild rice stuffing, rotkraut, and farmhouse biscuits paired with Yard’s Extra Special Ale. The Barack Obama Fourth Course will round out the meal with a coconut chiffon pumpkin pie paired with Yard’s Philadelphia Pale Ale. All courses may be served vegetarian upon request. For more information, and for registration for the dinner, visit the Gadsby’s Tavern Museum website. Admission is $85 per person, and dress for the evening is smart casual.
