So what is this ICE! I keep talking about? Well let me tell you one thing be ready to be amazed and have fun with some Dreamworks characters. The ICE! at National Harbor is a walk-through wonderland of ice sculptures located in a massive tent or a massive frigid zone. Whatever you want to call it. Just bundle up and be ready to be stunned by this years theme: ICE! featuring DreamWorks’ Merry Madagascar, a holiday TV Special, will be brought to life in an interactive world of colorful ice sculptures. “It tells the story of Santa who crash lands on the island of Madagascar, and gets a bump on his head," says hotel spokeswoman Amie Gorrell. The ice sculpture are carved from two millions pounds of ice! About forty ice carvers migrate from Harbin, China to sculpt these jaw-dropping ice sculptures for about a month.

ICE! featuring DreamWorks Merry Madagascar will be open daily from Friday, November 18, 2011 through January 8, 2012 including Holidays.
